Offerings

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. Please wear comfortable clothing for moving in. Please bring a yoga mat for hygienic purposes.  If for any reason you are not able to make a session, please contact me at least 24 hours ahead of time in order to re-schedule in order to avoid losing a session.
